OneSummer Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is OneStaff through its website www.onestaff.co.nz (the "Promoter").
3. Eligibility: Employees and immediate families of OneStaff, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4a. Entry is free. You can refer as many people as you like, but only refer yourself once
4b. Existing OneStaff Temporary Workers are not eligible to refer themselves.
5. Dates: The competition closes on 31th March 2016 at 11.59pm.
6a. The prizes are:
A OneSummer beach pack, consisting of a Chilly Bag, Bottle Opener, Stubby Holder, Sunglasses, 6 Pack of Diet Coke OR Coke Zero and $20 Mad Butcher Voucher.
6c. Prizes will be presented at the OneStaff offices. The winner will need to come to one of these offices to collect the prize.
7. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days OneStaff reserves the right to cancel the prize.
8. OneStaff reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of the same or great value
9. In the event of the same person being referred, the first referrer will get the entry ticket (providing it is verified by the candidate)
10. Referred candidate must be aware of the referral
11. Candidate does not need to be referred to a specific job
12. Temps & Contractors must work for 10 days to be eligible for the draw
13. OneStaff makes no commitment to place any candidate that is referred through this competition.
14. Entrants must be 18 and over.
15. OneStaff’s decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
17. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and that the Promoter or promotional partners may use their names and photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
18. Competition entries become the property of OneStaff, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
19. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by them pursuant to paragraph 12.
20. No Liability: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
