OneStaff works closely with many training facilities to develop our staff and contribute to the improvement of skills and qualifications for our wider team – through apprenticeships, licensing, career guidance, and speaking at school events, providing our knowledge and experience to the next generation and helping people increase capability and opportunity is what we are all about.

Every OneStaff branch is provided time to step away from work and give back to their local community through charitable contribution. From helping out at the SPCA and Zoo, to working at the City Mission, or cleaning up a local beach/community area – our team pick a cause that is close to their heart within the local community and volunteer to help out where help is needed.

OneStaff is a proud supporter of the Special Children’s Christmas party assisting this wonderful organisation to help bring some extra joy to the lives of many children and families facing challenging journeys. It is a privilege and honour to continue our support each year.

OneStaff are exceptionally proud Recruitment and Consulting Services Association members . The RCSA not only creates pathways for individual and recruitment industry development, but sets a high bar for standards of business operation and a code of conduct that underpins the integrity of our services and those of other members within the industry.

I am Hope raises money for free counselling and support services for New Zealand teenagers raising suicide awareness and changing the way society addresses these issues. OneStaff is a proud supporter and fundraiser contributing through the Gumboot Friday and a range of charitable fundraising to help contribute to I am Hopes important mission.
